A weekly practice of attention

Every Saturday morning, volunteer teams followed the same route across their local reef. They recorded water clarity, coral condition and the species they encountered, gradually building a record no single research visit could provide.

Patterns begin to emerge

After one season, the observations revealed areas recovering steadily and others needing closer investigation. Researchers validated the findings and helped the community turn them into practical priorities.
